We try our best to accommodate medical conditions; however, some are out of our team's scope, and you might need to see a specialist. In your application process, we will inform you if we are the right fit or not.

No problem! We are firm believers of you need to love your training. If you have a current training routine that you love, we can do nutrition only coaching.

We do weekly check ins to make sure you are on the right track and supported. On check in days, you will receive a questionnaire to fill out with great detail. Once submitted, your coach will be in contact via WhatsApp in 24-48 hours with a video breakdown going through everything, answering any questions, and making adjustments when needed to keep you on track.

You will receive 4 x single day meal plans that will have breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks. These are personalised and built around your likes, dislikes, allergies, and lifestyle. You can alternate between these 4 meal plans however you’d like to, ie, follow option 1 for the first week and option 2 for the second week etc.

You’ll get 4 new meal plans every month as well!

No problem! Just communicate this with your coach, and they can swap it out for you at no extra cost.

Your coach will give you the tools to help navigate social events, date nights, catch ups, etc. The less you eat out, the easier it’ll be to see progress, but that doesn’t mean you need to live under a rock until you reach your goal.

Upon signing up, your first weeks payment will come out straight away, and your coach will have everything ready to go within 48 hours (yep, including weekends!)

We can secure a spot for you maximum of 2 weeks in advance. We have limited 1-1 coaching spots available, so we can’t hold spots for longer than that, as they fill up fast.

You can absolutely put in a request, and we will do our best to accommodate; however, we do choose the coach based on who we think will be the best fit and who has availability. As our coaches work 1:1 with clients, we have a set client limit for each coach.

We sure do! The core principles of fat loss — calorie deficit, resistance training, high protein intake, and consistency — don’t change during menopause.

Absolutely! Having your coach with you every step of the way will help a ton. They will always do their best to accommodate your shifts and take FIFO into consideration of what you have available.

Our meals in our database are family friendly; however, it’s 4 x single-day meal plans a month. So if your family wouldn’t like eating the same/similar meals night after night, you might need to make them separate foods or use our database to build your own meal plans or track your own foods into your calories yourself.

As much as we have a big variety of meals, your coaching is created for you specifically, not your family.

Gym memberships are preferred, however, we also accommodate home gyms that have a minimum of dumbbells and a bench.

We sure do! Upon application, we will go into further detail about where you're located, the foods you have available, and if it's something we can’t accommodate, we will let you know.

Unfortunately not. We believe the true value of getting results is in the accountability and consistency you’ll get from working 1:1 with your coach.

Yep! Results won’t happen overnight, and we need to make sure these new habits we’re building get solidified so you continue making progress well after the initial 12 weeks

We offer a maximum 4-week suspension within your 12-week contract if you have a legitimate reason for needing to pause. We cannot do ongoing pauses, as each coach has limited spaces

We do not offer trials as there is a significant amount of work that goes into setting you up, building your starting plans/program, and doing your welcome call

Our team works hard on getting your plans out to you as soon as they can, with a 48-hour turnaround.

A meal plan is an example of a single day of eating, usually with breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks tailored to your calorie and macronutrient requirements. These are personalised and built around your likes, dislikes, and schedule/lifestyle needs.

Everyone’s body is unique, and the pace at which weight loss occurs can vary based on a range of factors, such as your starting weight, overall goal, timeline, and the size of your calorie deficit.

When you join, your coach will work with you one-on-one to determine a realistic and personalised rate of weight loss. For most clients, a typical recommended rate is around 0.5% to 1% of their body weight per week.

Yes, we do offer meal plans for couples! In your coaching application, please let us know who your partner is. If you are both approved, your coaches will work together to align your meal plans to make grocery shopping and meal prep more convenient.

While the meals can be similar, portion sizes and specific calories may vary to reflect each person’s targets.

We always strive to make our meal plans as budget-friendly as possible. When creating your plan, we take into account the cost of ingredients and do our best to keep things affordable. This is why we recommend following 1 meal plan per week, as it will keep your costs down significantly.

110% personalised! We take into consideration your day-to-day lifestyle, favourite foods, dislikes, and allergies. If you don’t like a meal, simply tell your coach and they’ll swap it for you asap, no extra cost.

Unfortunately, our coaching isn’t suitable for people who take weight-loss medication or have had weight-loss surgery. Due to the complex nature of these, we believe that they require close monitoring and support from experts in the field.

Unfortunately, we do not accommodate Coeliacs. Due to the complex nature of this nutritional requirement, we believe they require support from experts who specialise in this area.

Unfortunately, our services are not suitable for individuals currently experiencing an eating disorder. These conditions are complex and require specialised care and ongoing support from professionals who are specifically trained in this area.

Please contact your coach to put in your cancellation, and we will advise you on the cancellation requirements.

Unfortunately, you cannot cancel before completing the 12-week commitment.

We offer a direct debit of weekly, fortnightly, or monthly payments. You can also pay the full 12 weeks upfront.
