As much as we have a big variety of meals, your coaching is created for you specifically, not your family.
When you join, your coach will work with you one-on-one to determine a realistic and personalised rate of weight loss. For most clients, a typical recommended rate is around 0.5% to 1% of their body weight per week.
While the meals can be similar, portion sizes and specific calories may vary to reflect each person’s targets.
